start eating green apples and star anise now

Whenever I'm in the line up to pay my (colorful) groceries, I didn't get bored from it easily- eying on others trolley, for new cuisine ideas heh! - perasan tak, green apple is a must now. I think it's after the circulate emails about green apple as H1N1 remedy, for its antioxidant.

I've been juicing green apple since then.

Ok, not only apple, we must love eating greens <-- read this. And recently we received the new facts about bunga lawang, star anise is the industrial source to create the anti flu drug Tami-flu.. <-- read it yourself. Feel free to add bunga lawang in your cooking..macam sup ke or biryani cuisine. Sedapnye.

My first visit to Sarawak was last 2 years, and it was a kind of vacation with my dear girlfriends. We’d purchased the ticket long before I got married, so I went there without hubby, masa tu jadual dia tak mengizinkan..Anyway, me and the girls, we extremely enjoyed our stay in Kuching. There were something about the city that I like..maybe the street, the old buildings, and the antique shops, makan places, hmm..ouh yes, and the unique perahu hotlink! If you ever come to Kuching you know what I mean =)

Of all those above, certainly the best part was, when we stayed at private residence just very near to the beautiful Sematan beach. I forgot the exact location but the beach seemed less occupied, tenang betul..BBQ lagi..saya menjuarai pertandingan ‘inki-inki’, Sabahan please translate what’s ‘inki-inki’ ? Ting- ting ke, something like that la. One of our finest feeling.

I was thinking to upload some photos here but I lost the password to our Picasaweb, and no one can recall it either ..isk.

Less than a year after the visit, I went again to Sarawak. This time I accompanied hubby..eh eh saya menyibuk2 kan diri with the spouses. We stayed at Miri before transmitted to Brunei for a visit to JKR Brunei, and finally the Niah cave exploration. I sure don’t mind if I have to mingle with people older than me, but I seem have the opposite problem. Taknak kena panggil ‘makcik’ chop! Ok fine la if you’re 10 years younger.. ini my 4 years junior kat sekola..bolee?? Mungkin panggilan ‘Aunty’ tu tanda respect T_T

Ok readers, it’s 6.30 now..nak tengok Syahadah at TV1..bagus dokumentari ni..tengok tau (gaya Kaisara) Informative, full of knowlegde..theme song oleh arwah Ust Asri Rabbani..sedap juga. erk after the third episode I THINK Uzbekistan is now listed in my places to visit =)

Well, I feel so unlike everybody. I haven’t fully prepared (mentally, spiritually..) for Ramadhan al Mubarak. Now, does that sounds odd?

I know I think too much. Because there are so many of these things that I couldn’t afford to ignore. I don’t know if all the mourning and respecting the past is necessary.
Why is it so hard to move on, while time waits for nobody?

Anyhow, time goes on and change is inevitable (bad, better, I like it or not!) Hmm.. to avoid sounding too sentimental, which isn’t my blog ground, I want to share with you my in-law message..biasala mesej masuk bulan puasa =) so kinda

..disamping yang fardu jangan lupe yang sunat. Jgn lupe baca Quran .Trawih jgn tinggal… =D

At masjid (masjid UKM.. and we were late! Masbuq.. T_T ) I noticed this nenek-tahun-lepas in a wheelchair and the kids laughing and running here and there like nobody’s business. This year just like last..hmm =) And after performing the first Tarawih there was a sudden feeling of relieved and comforted. The psychological sphere of bulan puasa .

Such is the strength that Ramadhan builds, so does to us through the end. Amin!

I've always excited for no reason,.. or for something like matric card!

Matric card MMU-yg-tercinta. Nama glamer tak ingat; khayreena.. mula2 pakai kat dunia mIRC . Muka pula tak glamer ; baru2 je kenal Maybelline tahun 2000 kot! sedihnya patutla takde yang ngorat =)

Name on the card ; frankly, I love my name! I always use my full name everywhere. Gambar pula..ehmm dah cakap kat kedai taknak putih sangat..putih kepoh is so yesterday you know!

p/s I wish for the third matric card also, but not until I finish my current..so, yeah..long way to go!

I was wondering about the new topic taught in my class and I began browsing the materials until I have concluded a piece of idea and I think this may interest you.


Knowledge – knowing something with familiarity, requires both that we believe and what we believe is true. But somehow a simple knowing also comes from a lucky guess. I thought, and we thought lucky guess is just normal or an ordinary. But, little did we know that there has been a deal of investigation to determine the nature of ‘lucky guess’ – called as warranted beliefs..WOW kan!

How we can gain warranted beliefs ( a lucky guess) is unclear. Somehow I personally think it’s a gift. Anugerah. Some aspects of the world are within the limits of our thought but beyond the limits of our knowledge.

Thus a prior knowledge, a well-known statement by Emmanuel Kant (1781), he claims; “All our knowledge begins with experience there can be no doubt... But... it by no means follows that all arises out of experience”

A prior knowledge, in less literally means knowledge before experience.

Some of you might think the below situations

1) I never been to Africa, but I know the place from my reading – I have a priori knowledge!
Answer: NO. You read the books and it’s already count as an experience- something already in your imagination or vision.

2) Today’s weather will be partly cloudy but it will never a downpour- I can guess it, I have a priori knowledge!
Answer : NO. a prior knowledge isn’t a lucky guess.

The answer for a priori knowledge lies in what every baby knows – Eat. It is definitely noticeable that babies and young animals have certain knowledge and skills without any experience. Pure intuition! Innate knowledge.

Well now, isn’t this interesting? SubhanAllah.
