aahhhh.. Done half of my papers, hari-hari ada paper tau and will continue next week, what a relief! Boleh la relax jap kan, penat la exam T_T

I was driving back from tempat makan on the other day, and when this song played on my favorite FM -MixFM. Suka sangat this song. The lyrics absolutely reminds me of my mother. Even the melody alone could gather my thoughts fly up.

And the funny part is, there's a phrase from the song - " you'll always be the girl of my life for all time.. " Imagining my son dedicate this song to me.. ouh well, of course mommy will always be your best girl! Dah terbayang someone steal him from me - his gf ke.. jeles! haha.. erkk, memang suke jeles yang bukan2 T_T

cintailah Yasin

Kita sering bertanya adakah amalan membaca yasin itu wajib ketika menziarahi kubur?

Apabila seseorang itu menziarahi kubur, maka yang terbaik adalah mendoakan si mati, ia boleh juga dilakukan dengan membaca ayat suci al-Quran. Tidak ada surah tertentu yang ditetapkan untuk dibaca.

Bagaimanapun dalam masyarakat kita, bacaan Yasin sangat rapat dalam diri kita. Jika pun ada surah yang dibukukan dengan buku kecil adalah surah Yasin. Dari segi fadilatnya ianya tidak salah kerana Yasin mempunyai fadilat yang besar.

Nabi s.a.w bersabda, "Sesungguhnya bagi setiap sesuatu itu ada hatinya, dan hati al-Quran ialah surah Yasin."

Sesiapa yang membaca Yasin, Allah, menulis baginya dengan membacanya seperti membaca al-Quran 10kali. - hadith Riwayat ad-Darim dan at-Tarmizi.

Ini bukanlah bermakna hanya surah itu saja yang digalakkan. Semua surah dalam al-Quran mempunyai fadilat dan keistimewaan tersendiri. Pilihla mana-mana surah untuk dibaca dalam masa yang sama janganlah merasa jengkel bagi mereka yang mencintai surah Yasin.

tips : a way to calm down quickly

Yesterday was, I must say, another ‘hot’ day! I went to a bank branch to clear up a payment, but almost two hours wasted for nothing. Ini tak kena, itu kena ada.. arghh! Why do some women have to be so rigid and complex? (pointing the bank staff) I’m not discriminating - it isn’t to my liking, and I hate the word too – Tapi yes, begitulah…

And you know what’s the weather like kan.. dah la ‘panas’, panas pula tu haha. Glad that I took my time to chill and so I had Cendol- mamak tepi jalan RM1.30. Memang sedap! Definitely a way to calm down quickly =)

So I decided not to continue with the hassle, but drove to another branch. Surprisingly, pakcik ni cool gila..seminit dah setel keje I ok!

3am isn't my favorite time

No it isn't my culture to sleep late (like 3am) and wake up really early the next morning - because I appreciate sleep in the dark - but it happens almost everyday now. Banyaknya nak kena baca, dan banyaknya nak kena tulis. Luckily I'm in love with what I'm doing =)

I couldn't find time to update this blog, tho I saw traffic is still on . So thank you readers, I'll find some time and good stories (and pictures too) soon.

From couch potato to cybernauts

It's study week until end of this month. When study week sounds relaxing, but not for this semester. The line-up assignments need a lot of reading materials for reference. But searching for the right journal/past studies is a hatred part. Semua pun nak kena purchase, kan.. hadaoih! (tone it in real sigh hehe)

One of my papers is on the uses and gratification of watching TV. Ironically, I spend a lot of time browsing the net ..chasing info. I rarely watch TV now, desperate housewives new season pun terlepas apehal. Hm, can't wait to finish all these. Everything started must work out.

Oh ya, only yesterday I managed to do some grocery shopping. He does it more often than me (Despite his busy work. Sometimes I think my husband has 48 hours a day) I kind of surprise telur omega rupanya mahal! I don't think you really want to know how they make Omega eggs. Tak lepas tekak nanti.

I bought macam2 spread; jem fruit, nutella, sardine.. Best kan?

so can have English breakfast? haha yes pathetic!

I never thought a blend of black and green. Say it better, never would've thought in a million years I would be wearing black and green T_T Until today I gave it a try. I mean, my MIL gave me a chance to try it on my SIL wedding day.

I'm pleased to announce that my seminar paper is done, burned the midnight oil and finished this up at 3:30am. I’m so geared up for the presentation afterward.

Except for the message that I received; class is postponed to next Monday. Frust I ! And Manchester United didn’t seal their place in the semi-finals. Double frustration =(

Hubby wanted to register for IELTS, so I accompanied him.So have you been there? It was my second visit. Pendapat awal adalah meleset! She has shown her determination in her beauty product, indeed! Macam Siti la, rajin dan cantik. Convincing skin care range, siap tulis made in korea lagi. Very nice packaging, awe-inspiring shades of eyeshadow/lip gloss/lipstick OMG of course! Semua pun kaler2 lipstick Siti..So her la!

parcel i received today, program i watched tonight

I was watching Holy Warriors on History channel, it's about the unique battlements over the holy land between Saladin and Richard the Lionheart.

Saladin was a remarkable leader who united Egypt and Syria and captured Jerusalem for Islam. He fought against the Christians, but didn't behave without compassion. He didn’t loot any building, harm any of the citizens, and most importantly, didn’t harm any religious building, mosque, temple, etc..Some pages (well, because I read from websites) say that he was used by God to create the temporary peace that was enjoyed between the Muslims and Christians (pada masa tu)

I might only have little knowledge about him, but I've always had a liking for reading about him! In particularly (and as written previously) for the fact that Saladin sent Richard fruit and snow from mountain also Arabian horses. What a gentle hearted warrior! He was the most famous Muslim hero, now don't you want to know him yourself?
