Dear friends, anyone of you believe that I can fix car battery? Ok, at least I know how to lift it out of the car, and it’s pretty heavy. Last weekend, we went to Perodua Service @Ampang, and they have complained that we might need a new battery. But hey, remember I’ve posted about RG been sent to Perodua service @PJ, not so very long ago. So, we hesitated to accept. Today, I went to Perodua @PJ and confirmed by Simon (the staff) that the battery is still in good condition. Battery is good if the voltage reading shows above 90, now you know now I know…ha, pusat service pun nak kelentong..hati2.

I continued my ride afterward to meet Fizah, but she’s having some difficulties and will be slightly late. So, during my tick-tocking moment I’ve captured something to amuse myself..anyone kind enough, and guess where is this place?

Today we went for khairunie's job hunting and within less than an hour, mission accomplished!..alhamdulillah..she will be working at Pizza San Francisco starting tomorrow. The moment we stepped at the restaurant, I looked for the chinese manager because I knew she will triumph with this strategy and yes speaking other language will always make you standing good..All the Best, sista..and work steadily and don't do any mess..because I love that place..hehe

hi. anyone of you have noticed the banner at 'featuring me' column of this blog..ouh, hi..new look here. Introducing you our Kebaya Couture new website, or lets call it KC..featuring more useful information for your reference. I think I've done my best to develop this website, altho it might look very simple compare to the extravaganza flying2 one..hehe, and I think I'm not very ready to hear a comment to improve, because I'm just a beginner and always will ..penat la buat website..But of course I welcome a nice compliment..hehe..

I’ve been a good girl today. I reached shah alam at 9:00am, when the session was supposed to begin at 9:30am. Pay the parking up to 1:04pm, so that I would have much time for the Q and A session.. Until,

I remembered when I was at my previous company, I've been always the last person but finished at earliest. I don’t have to worry much on parking space, because I claimed all the cost, and the clients welcomed special guest with refreshing drink… things were way different now. I’m on my own, climbing higher. I believe.

..anyway, there will always an advantage of being a lady..*grin

The session finished at 11:00am, and there were only 3 of us in the room. I don’t know where were the other people..not bothered. Why should I? The session was a quick and effortless, nothing to jot down. Poor my pink notebook.hubby kasi.And I waited Kak Hani for our planned luncheon at Nyonya Kitchen. Yippie ya!

I’ve been here some time ago and I’m sure there are special menu I delighted. So we ordered Nasi Rendang Kambing (goat is goodness, kenapa selalu terorder honeydew dan lamb?) and Kari Asam Laksa as the main course, as well as other dessert. And the manager, I believe I met him before, let us make use of the large dining room behind the main restaurant area.. he must have thought that we will be having a discussion, but a photoshoot..

I’ve watched Meteor Garden with the girls back in MMU time..and became my song of lullaby. This was the song played when the couple visited Barcelona with background of their famous cathedral by Antoni Gaudi’s architecture.

I love and love this song.

..but for years I didn’t know it actually a sad love song.. Today, I attempted to understand the lyrics and it seems doesn’t work that well. Embittered by a sad lyrics but enjoying the melodic alone doesn’t it sound like enjoying other’s sorrow.

..while we get pleasure from a good times or mingle with people, yeah like how our days go.. it is a shame if we didn’t realize that there is someone who is not very happy. Shame twice if the person is just around you. People might be very content..Life is private.

Ouh ya.. I hesitate to tell (since one of my favorite songs) but I have this huge imagination to listen the song in Barcelona ! Serene view on the top of the Parque Guell or appreciate a grand sculpture with waterfall and smell of green.. Daydreaming babeh!

Fort Cornwallis and Penang

When he has finished his work, I was more than excited. It's been a long time since the last visit to Penang. khairunie and khairiah were just a little back then. I don’t think the girls still remember those old times.

what was I thinking when I decided to wear black shirt in Penang? In this bright sunshine? Ouh ya, did I say that we have our luncheon at Nasi Kandar Line Clear? macam Daud keadaan dia..ntah la biasa2 saja.

It was a surprise that Fort Cornwallis actually just a few km from our hotel. Situated next to Port Sweetenham..(yes,it must be very stunning view of sunset from here) Fort Cornwallis was actually administration workplace rather than any battle mark when it was designed with cannons to protect the harbour from possible attacks. Because I saw there were chambers probably the jail down there with Chapel. Chapel was claimed as the first church built in Penang.

the Chapel also the place where Francis Light's widow married to her next beau..

The thing I like about Georgetown is the buildings they have and how they appreciate the heritage rails. Nevertheless, I have across local that even didn't know when I ask for direction. I can't blame them because me also failed to come up with perfect answer when people ask me about my place. Actually the tourist know better!

Anyway, this is one prove that history claimed to change people and their lives. History helped us in a way they have had be a magnet to visitors and later brings a good deal for the community.

It was a sentimental touch to watch Bond by himself at the bar with his Vesper-Martini (before Mathis came to accompany), the drink take him back to the old days with Vesper. I always love this couple.

But I don’t really get when Bond said to M, “you’re right about Vesper”. And he shouldn’t throw the necklace away. Sedih! Harus la emo tengok movie.

You must watch Casino Royale before Quantum of Solace..and you'll get emotional for this couple..like I do.

Anyway, if you still remember Danial Craig beside Jolie ..hehe Tomb Rider. At the cave scene, (bond and Camille) I somehow imagine that suddenly there was Lara jumped headed for him, with her so-Lara approach “Hello Bond!”

..and the moment I wake up, I’m in different place (minus the long haul flight and my pink trench coat).

He is attending some work here in Penang (and what’s the purpose of resigning than not following your spouse to cool places?) Well, we went to Persiaran Gurney last night. Please note that ‘Penang takde signboard ok’. We probably will have the evening at Fort Cornwallis if it wasn’t the hair dryer.., but maybe I’ll save the Fort Cornwallis for tomorrow and I don’t really like sunset anyway.

Better not to expect much on Gurney Drive because the seashore itself wasn’t very impressive, maybe it is the raining season again for northern coast. It’s been a while since the last vacation, so we had a long walk along the seafront with food places like seafood / mamak nasi kandar / western / cottage concept.. and people gathered everywhere, lights.. ok la..

And we stopped at this seafood restaurant.. banyak gilee ikan dan sedara mereka..
