South Devon trip : Blackpool Sand and Dartmouth harbour

On daddy's birthday, we wanted something rather relaxing retreat, no rush no hurry (like always kalau bercuti). So prepared yummy food, and were all ready for picnic by the beach! Hmm.. I wasn't a beach person before, until I felt in love with the Mediterranean beach from last south Spain trip. Sangat jatuh cinta! I even considered to move to Terengganu when we go back haha.

Ok so, today we had Blackpool Sand, a private managed family beach. It has a turquoise blue sea and unspoilt sandy beach (just for you, Aariz!). The beach was surrounded by cliffs, and pines..wonderful for family picnic. Located in Dartmouth, just 45 mins drive from our chalet in Brixham. Not to get you confuse, Devon tu macam Selangor la, Dartmouth or Brixham maybe Bangi or Cheras macam tu =)

waiting for the ferry to cross the River Dart

on the way to the beach..

cottages just next to the beach entrance..paid 3GBP for entrance (parking space)

Venus cafe, by the beach..and shop selling mainan pantai..but we bought ourself awal2 lagi at Poundland hee for a pound.

My baby was sleeping when we reached the beach..so daddy and mummy dating dulu

Still waiting for him to wake up
..and when he woke up..,

can't get enough..told you that  he likes playing sand so much..I 'm considering to buy  the sand and water  play bench untuk bawa balik Malaysia nanti.

Cream teas..very popular in Devon/Cornwall. Simple and easy recipe..I  made one at home!

This is Dartmouth harbour..we were feeding the seagulls..until, sebenarnya ada warning tak boleh..opps!

I like marina/harbour since my last visit to Langkawi Marina. Nice, you should go there tau. Terima kasih Tun M..eh eh =D

The Dartmouth harbour town reminds me of Lucern, Swiss ( honeymoon trip 2007). Anyway, the beach picnic was totally the highlight for Devon trip. And we are still talking about it.

p/s esok pegi dengar ceramah Ashraf Muslim di Univ Birm
