hari jadi ayah

Ayah kan tanya la mana-mana tempat pun semua dia tahu, bangunan ini di mana..ibu kota itu ini. Lepas tu cara dia explain macam dia dah pergi semua tempat tu =) Ayah suka jalan-jalan dan hafal sejarah.. hafal sejarah siap tarikh tepat lagi tu.

Bulan-bulan lepas masa melawat Hong Kong, ada satu taman yang penuh dengan replika bangunan-bangunan ternama seluruh dunia. Kami kena baca dulu papan tanda baru tahu bangunan itu dimana. Tapi, ayah sekali tengok saja dah tahu.."haa ini di ..., masa tu ada... lepas tu..." kami pun adik beradik mesti cakap " Ayah ni tau saja semua kan..bila ayah pergi? "


Mungkin ayah suka membaca, lepas tu dia suka research2 tempat.. Well, explain me! hehe

tonight, i'll be in Jurusalem

I always wanted to go to Jurusalem. I've mentioned it several times. Read. Just watched an epic film Kingdom of Heaven, it stars Orlando Bloom, my fav Eva Green, .. and a Syrian actor Ghassan Massoud - playing the role of Salahuddin Al Ayubi.

The story is set during the Crusades (perang salib) of the 12th century. Filming took place in several places - Morocco, Spain, Seville.. oh.my.god OK! and the replica (of course it was a replica) of the ancient city of Jurusalem was constructed somewhere in desert.

The story was supposed to hightlight a French village blacksmith - played by Orlando Bloom who goes to aid the city of Jerusalem in its defense against the Muslim and Kurdish leader Salahuddin, who is battling to reclaim the city from the Christians. Wiki

Thanks to the movie, now that I'm reading about Salahuddin Al Ayubi. He led the Muslims against the Crusaders and eventually recaptured Palestine from the Kingdom of Jerusalem. He was known as generous and despite being the principal enemy, he won the respect of many of them. After his triumph over Jurusalem, he offered the inhabitants safe passage to Christian lands.

The armies of Salahuddin engaged in combat with the King of England. Wiki. However, Salahuddin's relationship with Richard was one of chivalrous (very polite) mutual respect as well as military rivalry. When Richard became ill with fever, Salahuddin offered the services of his personal physician. He also sent him fresh fruit with snow, to chill the drink, as treatment. At Arsuf, when Richard lost his horse, Salahuddin sent him two replacements. Richard suggested to Salahuddin that Palestine, Christian and Muslim, could be united through the marriage of his sister Joan of England, Queen of Sicily to Salahuddin's brother, and that Jerusalem could be their wedding gift.

I wonder how many months it took to travel from England to Sicily those years.

As leaders of their respective factions, the two men came to an agreement, whereby Jerusalem would remain in Muslim hands but would be open to Christian pilgrimages. Salahuddin and Richard never met face to face and communication was either written or by messenger.

Salahuddin was a great leader and conquared many lands, only died of a fever in Damascus, not long after Richard's departure. WHAT AN UNSUAL RELATIONSHIP?

betapa bijaknya hidup

Ok, ini bukanlah contoh an educational entry, seperti yang aku warwarkan sebelum ini.

Tajuk pun tak pasti la relevan atau tidak, hanyalah sekerat lirik (sekerat beb) , sekerat lirik dari lagu SN yang aku suka.

Hanya fikiran rawak, macam pelik je..ok fine, random thought.

Seperti orang lain, aku selalu merasakan setiap perkara yang aku tentukan itu adalah benar. Setiap keputusan yang aku buat adalah matang. Seperti orang lain juga, di saat aku memutuskan keputusan itu adalah yang terbaik.

Masa sekolah rendah, aku rasa aku dah matang dan fikiran aku benar belaka.

Naik sekolah menengah, aku rasa benda yang aku buat masa sekolah rendah tuh ntah apa2 je. Sekarang ni aku lebih matang, fikiran aku lebih jelas.

(perlukah buat timeline waktu naik sekolah saja? sebab naik sekolah tu maksudnya kita melangkah ke fasa baru la kan)

Semakin umur meningkat, kadang aku tergelak ingat benda yang buat masa sekolah-sekolah dulu..gila kanak-kanak..masih belum dapat berfikir secara dewasa.

Maka kali ini lah aku paling matang. Setiap fikiran aku adalah benar

Silap lagi.

Rupanya semakin jauh perjalanan, semakin kita melihat kedewasaan kita. Walau bagaimana ukuran kematangan yang kita rasa kita ada, tak semestinya dah cukup.

Apa yang kita fikirkan hari ini, tak semestinya relevan dengan peringkat umur kita di masa akan datang. Fikiran akan berubah, kematangan akan bertambah.

Maka aku sangat la percaya - Orang tua lebih dulu makan garam. Jauh sudah perjalanan mereka. Dah banyak benda diorang lihat dan lalui.

Untuk kita hari ini, apa yang sedang kita fikirkan, mungkin harus berubah.

New layout yo! The same layout used masa mula2 dulu, but the background was black with pink flowery. Pink and Black, somewhat unlike me..kureng skit combination black and pink.

Ok now that I have new layout, white and fresh,.. I think it’s been a while since I posted hmm..an informative entry. Kan? I promise that the next post must be an educational entry la pula..not travel pictures, not my face, not food..oh yeah, I have finished another sewing project..itu pun nanti.

I’m paranoid about asthma, and ever since the first attack I keep myself from any iced drink, carbonated drink (taktau la kenapa ini pun masuk dalam list), no ice cream since then, no shower after 8pm. Pegi kedai pun order yang boring2 saja, air suam..teh o suam..or Chinese tea..heh. And I notice that whenever I'm feeling anxious, stressed or even tears will cause an uncomfortable breathing.

I can tend to get over-excited over the smallest things. Belum2 lagi beli handphone pun sibuk2 sudah cari themes dia..muahaha..Or sometimes hal orang lain pun bole buat aku teruja. Like my friend told me that she’s probably going to somewhere (of course tempat yang best) in a minute I found myself browsing airlines websites, tolong cari tiket2 murah, and make calls to travel agents.

Heh..of course I love vacation..gathering ..photos..

Suatu pagi macam biasa nak keluar rumah, dalam kalut2 nak buka pagar rumah aku terlihat budak jiran sebelah..a boy yg sgt la petah bercakap, selalu tegur aku " kakak angkat baju sape?" Asal aku keluar rumah je la kan nak angkat baju..huhu. Tapi takpe, janji panggil kakak bukan makcik /aunty.

Tetapi,

Hari itu lain pula soalan dia; "kakak betul ke pakai baju kakak tu? bukan baju kite?" <-- merujuk kepada aku yang tengah pakai baby-T

MALU BOLEH??

Segera masuk kereta.

Tapi kelakar. haha

hubby bought me a BB bold, but in just 1 day night I feel like want to sell it back. And I did it! I don't want any BB ever again..don't touch my life! Sob..sob

Luckily he understand. He had told me that I wont like it, but I didn't listen..tu la degil

We've been to Penang twice, this month... ate too much mee udang, tak nak dah tolong! haha puasa mee udang sampai tahun depan. Hmm..I wonder where is the Pinang Peranakan Mansion, because it seems that Penang doesn't have good signage, bole je sesat2. So I rather wait hubby finished his work, until the dusk.. all good places pun dah closed.
