After Colosseum, we hop on our bus to Piazza Venezia. From here we walked on to the famous Trevi fountain. Almost all people are carrying a map in Rome. Nampak tak ekonomi pelancongan adalah sangat hebat. A one conclusion I made, betapa runtuhan itu membawa kesejahteraan. Anyway, photos captured along the way to Trevi.
selalu small stall macam ni dijaga oleh Bangladesh atau Chinese
hmm..on a right direction
the vespa, the Italian lifestyle. A vespa minitures taken at a souvenir shops.
hey, I've collected many fridge magnets. Anyone here like fm too?
And yes, reached the Trevi fountain. Tak pernah terfikir nak sampai sini.. sob sob
Hmm..what can I say about Trevi is, it has a romantic ambiance. Despite the crowd, it doesn't take away from its charm but makes it stand out more! Selalu orang lepak2 sini having the gelato (ice cream) tapi saya telah tekad haha, save the best for last for the famous tortofu gelato at Piazza Navona.
So we had a very late lunch on that day. Mummy rasa SANGAT BERSALAH kepada Aariz =( We kind lost our way a bit, nasib baik terjumpa Malaysian girls from Egypt so we just followed her to the halal restaurant. And only realized that it was the very restaurant we were after! An Italian restaurant owned by an egypt man. Alhamdulillah sambil makan tumpang solat =) We had our first pasta and pizza in Italy =)
Erm.. ok je, rasa yang boleh didapati di Malaysia.
Halal restaurant, Luna Caprese, located at Via Rasella
Aariz and kakak2 pandai ni =)
Biasalah kan kalau ada anak kecil ni, makan boleh berejam2. Kesian juga Aariz sebenarnya..he must've been very tired. We both pun nak rest kejap..and guess what? We were totally forgot about the hop on hop off bus. It only lasts until 4:30 pm je! Haiyo..naik metro lah jawabnya. One thing I dislike about their transportation adalah sangat vandalisme..contengan adalah everywhere and lack of access untuk golongan berkerusi roda, I mean, same goes to yang ada pushchair ni kan. Unlike Barcelona, memang convinient. tak payah turun naik. Elevators are everywhere, senang sangat.
Erk, any Italian reading my blog? hee. So the last point for the day..
The Spanish Steps at Piazza Spagna. So why Spanish? (Macam tau2 pula puji Spain tadi kan) Because it has 138 steps to the residence of Spanish ambassador (1622)
