Poetry is the art of uniting pleasure with truth

I must say that the last time I did for jotting down notes was in MMU time.., but the documentary titled ‘Treasure of Islam’ @Oasis made the pink notebook practical again. I was very fascinated that I penned every point-to-google-later like I understand what the narrator said.. kerana dalam language aku tak paham.. Ok, it was all about the early of Islamic history in Andalucia.. I guess it was Spain’s production and yap, featured gorgeous landscapes and historical building..with Arabic architectural style..very magnificient! Wahh..I’m even more obsessed with Palace of Al Hambra.. If you still remember my visit to Muzium Islam and Taman Tamadun Islam..

Ok, this one very cute..(bercakap harus macam pernah pergi) there are four great halls, one with the famous Patio de los Leones – the lion court, figures of lions that carry a fountain..and in it with some poetry – (translate siap2)

“Sedikit bicara dan kamu akan menemui kedamaian”

..omg so wonderful, how to make guests feel welcome because the path will lead us to next hall..yang macam ucap Assalamualaikum..best kan..

Ok I have even more to share.. there was a king named Al- Mu’tamid or famous known as the poet King for Seville (or Sevilla lebih classic) the city of poet. He was immortalized by his verse;

She stood in all her slender grace

Veiling the sun’s orb from my face

O may her beauty ever be

So veiled from times inconstancy

It was as if she knew, I guess,

She was a moon of loveliness;

And may aught else the bright sun veil

Except the moon's own lustre pale?

One day..chewah macam narrator tu cakap, as per subtitle la..While leisurely walking along the river's bank, the King unrehearsed a half verse, challenging his accompanies to supply the second verse on the spot. But before he could take up the rhyme, one of the washerwomen beside the river promptly replied. Mesmerized by her beauty and cleverness, the King brought her to the palace. Her name was I'timad and became his Queen of heart..

..macam fairy tale..dramatic haha

Mood baik nampak aku nih..la la la ~

..the milky way upon the heaven is twinking just for you..and Mr Moon he came by to say goodnight to you..haah baru dengar MLTR. Nite everyone..

p/s apparently haven’t posted for 2009 resolution.

Ernie, yes..the place is very beautiful. I went there once. For me, among the places i've visited (seville, cordoba, toledo, granada, etc) Istana Al-Hambra at Granada ni lah yg paling best. selain ada lion-lion tu, they have this sooo beautiful garden full of roses. siap ada fountain yg menarik. kat istana ini lah org muslim terakhir nyorok sblm queen isabela halau mereka lari ke morrocco jika tanak convert to christian. Very nice place i recommend u to go someday! and u will find morrocco and spain, is not so much diff apart from the desert.
